Pre-Audit Bilateral NDA Execution

Prior to examining sensitive URLs, corporate financial records, or executive search terms, Individual Reputation routinely executes a Bilateral Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement countersigned by our authorized legal counsel.

Segmented Access & FIDO2 Hardware Tokens

Internal access to client files is enforced under strict “Need-to-Know” role segregation. Only the assigned Senior Case Director and Lead Forensic Engineer hold credentials for active case lockers. Internal logins mandate physical FIDO2 hardware security keys and biometric authentication.

Absolute Prohibition on Client Disclosures

We guarantee that our firm will never:

  • Disclose or confirm client representation to journalists, media outlets, or third-party investigators.
  • Sell, license, or monetize any client contact details or digital asset fingerprints.
  • Publish attributable case studies or portfolio decks referencing real client identities.
  • Subcontract sensitive case analysis or legal drafting to unvetted offshore entities.

Certified DoD 5220.22-M Data Purge

Upon contract completion and expiration of the warranty period, clients may formally request a Certified Cryptographic Purge. Internal project files, forensic notes, and communication logs are systematically overwritten following United States Department of Defense (DoD 5220.22-M) sanitization standards. A formal Certificate of Destruction is delivered to the client upon verification.
