1

Scope & Executive Mandate

Individual Reputation (“the Practice”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as an elite, high-discretion digital reputation management, executive personal branding, and crisis remediation consultancy. This Confidentiality Charter and Privacy Policy sets forth our mandatory data protection practices, encryption standards, and bilateral non-disclosure protocols governing all clients, prospective applicants, and site visitors.

Unlike traditional consumer public relations agencies or automated SaaS tools, our entire operational infrastructure is engineered around attorney-level confidentiality and air-gapped data segregation.

2

Information We Collect & Process

We collect and process only the minimum information strictly necessary to perform preliminary reputation audits, strategic intake assessments, and legal remediation:

  • Confidential Identity Data: Full name, authorized corporate title, official corporate entity, and direct phone/WhatsApp number for private verification.
  • Digital Footprint & Search Queries: Search strings, disputed URLs, defamatory articles, fraudulent consumer reviews, or personal identifying information (PII) targeted for suppression or legal de-indexing.
  • Technical Transmission Metadata: Client IP address, browser headers, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification tokens captured solely to defend against denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts and automated scraper attacks.
3

Bilateral Non-Disclosure Enforcement

All preliminary audits and remediation contracts are executed under an attorney-reviewed Bilateral Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Under this covenant:

“Individual Reputation strictly warrants that all disclosed URLs, target identities, adverse media links, and corporate briefs shall remain confidential in perpetuity.”

Our team members are legally bound by individual non-disclosure covenants carrying enforceable financial penalties and injunctive remedies for unauthorized disclosure.

4

Air-Gapped Security Architecture

Our technological architecture incorporates rigorous defense-in-depth protocols:

AES-256 EncryptionAll data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest is secured using military-grade AES-256 standards.
Segmented Access RolesOnly assigned Senior Case Directors possess decryption keys for active case files.
Hardware AuthenticationWorkstations mandate FIDO2 hardware tokens and strict IP whitelisting.
Zero Cloud LeakageCase files are never synchronized with unsecured public cloud storage providers.
5

Zero Third-Party Monetization Policy

We categorically do not sell, rent, license, or trade client information to data brokers, advertising networks, credit bureaus, or marketing aggregators. Client engagements are 100% self-contained within our private practice.

6

Global Rights: GDPR, CCPA & De-Indexing

We empower our clients to exercise their full statutory rights across global jurisdictions:

  • GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure): Comprehensive submission of formal de-indexing and right-to-be-forgotten petitions to search engines in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom.
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): Right to know, right to delete, and right to opt-out of data broker listings.
  • Right to Verification: Clients may request a full transcript of all stored case metadata at any point during active engagement.
7

Certified Data Purge & Retention

Upon contract completion and conclusion of the contractual warranty period, clients may request a Certified Cryptographic Purge. Under this protocol, all intake notes, client communications, and temporary work assets are permanently overwritten following DoD 5220.22-M sanitization standards.
