Scope of Engagement & Authority Mandate
These Master Terms of Engagement govern all professional services rendered by Individual Reputation (“the Practice”) to the contracted client (“the Client”). Services may include, but are not limited to: strategic executive search suppression, Google Knowledge Panel engineering, Wikipedia notability defense, adverse media displacement, dark web privacy scrubbing, and 24/7 crisis PR mitigation.
The Client hereby authorizes Individual Reputation to act on their behalf in submitting formal algorithmic demotion signals, legal de-indexing petitions, and Tier-1 digital asset deployment across global search networks.

Mutual Confidentiality & Anonymity Covenant
Both parties covenant to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding the existence, terms, scope, and technical methodologies of the engagement:
- Perpetual Non-Disclosure: Individual Reputation shall never disclose Client identity, target queries, past adverse content, or engagement deliverables to any third party in perpetuity.
- Zero Case Study Attribution: We will not publish identifying case studies, testimonials, or marketing materials referencing the Client without explicit, written legal consent.
- Air-Gapped Communication: All strategic communications are conducted through encrypted email channels or direct phone lines with restricted internal access.

Remediation Mechanics & Milestones
Our remediation campaigns follow a structured 45-to-90 day milestone roadmap tailored to the target entity’s search volume and algorithmic resistance:
Phase 1: ArchitectureDays 1–15: In-depth SERP telemetry, forensic asset creation, and initial de-indexing filings.
Phase 2: DisplacementDays 16–45: High-authority editorial syndication, pushing adverse links past Page 2.
Phase 3: FortificationDays 46–90: Google Knowledge Panel verification and perpetual algorithmic moat anchoring.

Ethical & Algorithmic Compliance
Individual Reputation strictly adheres to white-hat search engine optimization, legitimate digital public relations, and legal copyright/privacy frameworks. We do not engage in black-hat link farming, automated spam generation, unauthorized server intrusion, or deceptive spoofing. All published digital assets represent legitimate, high-authority editorial positioning.

Client Truth in Disclosures & Cooperation
The Client warrants that all background information, judicial documents, and factual representations provided during intake are truthful, accurate, and non-misleading. The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and necessary biographical verifications required for Tier-1 media publishing and Wikipedia editor submissions.

Retainers, Milestones & Billing
Professional fees are structured on a milestone-based retainer schedule outlined in the Client’s specific Statement of Work (SOW). Payments are accepted via institutional wire transfer, encrypted corporate banking, or authorized escrow. Fees cover all Tier-1 publishing expenditures, technical infrastructure, legal drafting, and forensic telemetry.

Post-Engagement Warranty & Certified Purge
Upon completion of the primary campaign, engagements transition into an active monitoring and warranty period. Should suppressed URLs resurface during the warranty timeframe, Individual Reputation executes immediate re-suppression at zero additional retainer cost. Upon conclusion, clients may request a Certified Cryptographic Data Purge of all temporary internal draft records.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Engagement shall be construed and governed in accordance with the substantive laws governing executive advisory contracts. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through confidential expedited arbitration to preserve client anonymity and prevent public court docket filings.
